Mushroom capsicum sandwich

This post is a makeover of an earlier post of mine. When I glance through my old posts I realize how bad my clicks were, I guess most bloggers do this once in a while. We take a step back evaluate our posts, pat ourselves for the efforts we put in, for the skills we acquired through this journey. It's a  different thing that this would be considered narcissism and hence we don't share these thoughts in the open :) But then blogging in itself to me is a narcissistic act, though we would all say we want to share recipes, be the gatekeeper to our family treasures, we are all out here to project ourselves and bag accolades and obviously make money in the process- if its possible. Hence the investment in camera, props and what not. The day I get into such philosophical rumination, I decide to step back from the blog. But the narcissist in me resurfaces and the game rolls on.

 I planned taking off the old post but I thought that would be insulting my humble beginnings so there it stays. Many tell me they come here for the anecdotes and not the recipe- well it amuses me a bit, but as long as they come here it suits me :)
